This is for sure sourced from "Born in the USA opening night" EV2 release (and so obviously from Johnny98 source from TattooDad's uber series), to my ears it seems even a simple copy of ERNO's work.

notes:
- DAT from the Dutch Masters Archives
- Transfer: DAT played on Sony DTC-790 deck -> S/PDIF cable -> Terratec
Aureon 5.1 soundcard -> Adobe Audition -> WAV -> CDWave -> WAV -> FLAC
- Mastering done in Adobe Audition; fixed some levels, fixed some tape speed
errors (tape ran fast on d2t10-12), converted to 44.1kHz.
- Known flaws: the taper had some problems setting up his gear during the
first song, which causes distortion until the 2:41 mark. After that the
quality picks up and it's great. Don't Be Denied cuts in due to a tape
flip, the first song after the intermission, Pocahontas, cuts in as well.
- There's also some occasional audience banter, some more in the second
half than in the first.
- Level fixes: d1t01, d2t06, d2t08
- Tape speed fixed: d2t10/d2t11: -0.5 semitone; d2t12: -2.0 semitone
- DAT transfer and torrent by rdvdijk (2007-06-19)

From the CD sent out to the radio stations for broadcast.
First all 3 tracks were combined to a single track.
Then I cut out the commercials and the repetative announcements.
A few dropouts were found and removed during the end to end review.
Volume of the KBFH announcer segments were reduced.
Then the entire show's amplitude was raised by 3 dB.
Converted to wav with EAC (see logfile)
Converted to Flac with Traders Little Helper (see logfile)

Notes: Recorded from section 306 of the ADT Club. Certainly not the optimum location for
recording in this not so great acoustically hockey arena hence the boomy sound. At least
I had no rowdies or cell phone talkers nearby so there is little audience chatter on this.
Entire show captured, intro through outro including opening act, (Iron Maiden bassist
Steve Harris' daughter) Lauren Harris. Sold out concert at 21,000. This was the last gig on
Iron Maiden's mammoth "Somewhere Back In Time" world tour and their first visit to Florida
in almost thirteen years.
Please DO NOT sell. Please DO NOT distribute in lossy format.
Please DO share freely and enjoy!

Capacity house of about 500 for this show.
This audience recording was made from the last row downstairs. That ain't so bad since downstairs has only about 15 rows.
The audience was very attentive and appreciative.
The vocals coming from the PAs were a little saturated, but not badly. I was sitting under the balcony and it may have been the small PA speakers attached to tue underside of the balcony that were a little distorted.
This was apparently Joe's first NJ appearance in 10 years and he relates the story of playing Double D's bar in Morristown for 40 people last time around.
The staff was very attentive and forbid photography or recording. I grabbed a couple of shots during the encore and they busted me for the photos anyway. But the Zoom kept recording.
The last half of the last song is cut, unfortunately. Apparently the Zoom can't handle 2 hours of record time on rechargeables. Sorry. Joe did one verse away from the mic and his voice filled the hall anyway.
A nice show and a helluva guitar player!
I don't know all the track names so if someone can assist it would be apppreciated. And Thank You's, especially internationl ones, are appreciated. It's the only reason I do this!

(71min), version "a"; has some hiss; talking t2 2:xx plus some occasional more; different recording than previous; this one has the hiss but a more natural better sounding vocal on first 5 tracks but deteriorates becoming muffled with tape speed problems for t6-t9; his version has more of the dylan portion of the show; good sound [C]
Tracks 7-9 are actually from a different incomplete poorer tape.

These flac files as originally obtained were VERY low in volume, barely audible. I converted all the files to wave files and the boosted the volume on each file individually then reencoded back to flac for this upload. Some songs were also spread out over a few tracks and were recombined. I think you'll like the results, a very nice Tunnel boot.
Enjoy, Ivan.

COMMENT
The second volume of the Sound & Vision series and a vastly superior release to the first in terms of the quality of the sources used. Unfortunately (or fortunately if you are a completist) the acceptance speeches have been left intact, and I find it spoils the flow of the musical performances, although it's completely understandable why they are on here. Again, I take issue with this release being subtitled "The Second Decade" as it covers the period 1989-1996 which is not a decade. Quality-wise, there are only a few glitches worth me pointing out. Both the acceptance speeches from American Music Awards (1990) and the Soul Train Music Awards (1992) suffer from horrendous crowd noise and at times it's impossible to hear P - thankfully his speech is short and sweet and we don't suffer too long. Added to this there appears to be a tape chew on the video recording used by Sabotage to source the Arsenio Hall 1991 recording version of 'Purple Rain' - it lasts barely a second, but it's noticeable. The outro on 'The Sacrifice Of Victor' from The Ryde Dyvine 1992 broadcast suffers from some serious crackling which lasts approx 5 seconds and is shockingly bad - nobody picked up on this before it was released? The editing between tracks also leaves a little to be desired and could be smoother instead of the "jump" which affects the way one performance flows into the next. Disc 2 is slightly more focused as the time frame consists of 1993-1996. The quality is overall very impressive, but yet again the digital crackling is back, this time for the closing 5 seconds of 'Billy Jack Bitch' from The Sunday Show - a real annoyance and completely ruining it. The source used for the VH1 Honors broadcast is the censored version meaning the word "bitch" has been edited out, and is a slight pity. The remainder is very enjoyable, but there are one too many award acceptance speeches for my liking.

Normally bands pre-record their appearance on this radio program, but Tin Machine played live on the air glitches and all. This is evident when Hunt Sales has to grab for a new stick at the begining of Stateside. Nice clean and crisp recording, a must for David Bowie & Tin Machine collectors!

When I got this it had a lot of sector boundary errors. I decoded the flac files with Traders Little Helper, then re-encoded aligning all sector boundaries and packed it up for sharing I didn't remix, remaster or mess with the recording at all.

This master recording has appeared before in good quality. A nice upgrade (identical, sound wise, to this torrent) appeared elsewhere about a year ago. I thought it would be good to share the better one here.
The back story: A year ago Butterking took my master cassette of this Unforgettable Fire gig and had a second pass at making it sound like we knew it should. Previously, I had a go using Adobe Audition, but the results were just so-so. So, using the source, Butterking used the azimuth-adjusting CR-7A. Presto! Just like being there.
I had a very good seat in the balcony, a few rows up and maybe a half-section back on the Edge’s side. Being close to the PA made for clear sound, and I had good equipment: a D-6 (not a D-3 as the previous txt. file suggests) borrowed from my friend Walter the K. My trusty Aiwa CM-30 mic had remarkable ability to capture the low end: check out Adam’s phat and liquid bass lines. I was happy with the tape at the time, and thrilled with Butterking’s remastered sound. I had to flip the tape during “Bad” so you’ll hear a brief gap.
If you grabbed this from U2torrents in 2007, you can take a pass. But if you only have the older, less-good sounding version, you’ll certainly like this.
Props to the late Walt, Butterking, and my old friends at JEMS.

"Incident At Avery Fisher Hall"
Kivak Master Series – 1974 Vol 1
Avery Fisher Hall
Lincoln Center, NY
October 4, 1974
Cassette>CD>Magix/Roxio>flac
The “incident” that happened at Avery Fisher Hall was at the end of Quarter To Three when the stage collapsed.
A fan recalls the incident and no one was hurt. This is 1974Vol 1 of the Kivak Master Series. Future volumes
of 1974 are forthcoming. According to BruceBase the circulating copy of this show is in mediocre quality.
Now we have a major upgrade! This one runs at the correct speed and the sound is balanced. I don’t have
“Cupid In The City” to compare it, but going by the comments on BruceBase, this should be an improvement
to the existing copy. The sound is very good, maybe even better depending on how you rate your shows.
You can even hear Bruce’s dialogue clearer on the setup for “She’s the One.”
Listen to the bells at beginning of Jungleland! Stunning and beautiful!
A big thanks once again to Joe Kivak for providing the original source and to Mr Anonymous for performing
the cassette to CD transfer and of course for hooking me up!
Mr Anonymous and Fanatic Records bring you 1974 Vol 1 of the Kivak Master Series!
I love this show and I hope you will too!

RECORDER: KYLIEMINOGUE
UPLOADER: UNIVONC
STORY:
I would like to introduce you to a good friend.
He also has shared the same passion of recording shows WAY before this website.
HE is a local DIME member who has recorded, by himself, over hundreds of shows.
He occassionally trades them over the years, and some have surfaced onto the Dime uploads.
Upon an invite, I went and met him personally. I had a chance to look at his shows.
Needless to say, this was nowhere near an exaggeration.
I offered to borrow these shows and convert them from analog to digital to preserve, protect, and store these shows.
He has trusted me with these cassettes, and permit me to post these as uploads for all to hear.
The shows come from personal recordings, FM broadcasts, and traded shows.
May I present to you another recording from kylieminogue in digital format:
Lineage:
Analog transfer:
Original Recorded Cassette (Denon HD8/100 minutes)
Onkyo TA-RW255 Dual Stereo Cassette Tape Deck
Playback at normal speed and Dolby NR at setting "B"

Digital Conversion:

M-Audio's MicroTrack II Professional 2-Channel Mobile Digital Recorder

Recorded in 96khz/24 bit 2 channel stereo
All editing done with Adobe Audition 3.0.1 (patch for Vista)

Notes: The MAC is MIA. According to Don, the second set is the only surviving part on account of accidently recording over set 1 at the show! what a pity!! 'Limbo' was part of set 1, and is thje last track used as filler. This is a very nice recording and has never circulated before.

COMMENT
A phenomenal release, and perhaps the best document of an Act II show there is. This is the only circulating soundboard of an Act II concert, which itself makes this release great. The addition of the remaining bonus material just makes this even more appealing. The Lüneburg concert is a basic, but enjoyable show. Unusually there is no 'Little Red Corvette' played, hence the piano segment is very short. The encore includes a very bassy 'Pope', and closes with 'Peach', which include some added lyrics, including the line "I got a boner as big as a drum stick Michael used to play in 9th grade". The Sheffield tracks are from the cancelled radio broadcast of the show on Capitol FM, and have since become available in more complete form on Sabotage's 'Starlight Lounge'. The Radio 1 concert broadcast again is a nice addition to the set, although they are already heavily circulating. The closing tracks from the Munich Act II aftershow are a strange bonus. They are taken from the MTV broadcast, and are each barely 45 seconds long - something of a tease. I am aware that some versions of this release come with the Vienna 25th August 1993 Act II show, whilst others have the Wegberg 28th August 1993 Act II show. The packaging is very cool, however there is a tracklisting mistake on the back cover - no biggie. Overall though, an (as yet) unequalled release of 1993 soundboard/broadcast footage.

source: previously uncirculated master cassette, taped by Kenneth

I was contacted by a guy who taped some shows in Stockholm way back when. Two Judas Priest shows
1986 and 1988 (also coming) but most importantly he taped Iron Maiden in Stockholm 1981. After this
show Paul DiAnno only played two more gigs (Lund and Copenhagen) so to get a new master from 1981,
and a historical one at that, is very nice indeed.
It's not flawless, the intro, first song and encores are missing, and there was a tape flip at
the end of Killers. But most of it's there, the sound is a bit muffled but your ears get used to
it a couple of minutes in. All in all a good day to be alive. Thanks to Kenneth for kindly lending
me his tape.
I balanced up the channels and reduced the pitch since the tape ran too fast. No other EQ.
Play loud!
